Can't access my landline voicemail from any phone

AAAKK! I haven't been able to reach my landline voicemail for the last 4 hours (6:30-10:30pm). When I call the landline voicemail number {edited for privacy} all I get is this message "all circuits are busy now - please try your call again later." This only happens when I call the number I mentioned above, all other numbers that I've called, no problem. Any updates on outages or reasons this might be happening?

Try dialing your own phone number. When your voicemail greeting starts, press * and then enter your passcode.
