I've been trying to pay my final bill OL for days but keep getting this message:
"We are currently experiencing difficulties with this payment application. Please try again later. We apologize for this inconvenience"
Can anyone suggest anything? I've never had a problem paying OL until now (may be due to it been a final bill?)
Please try clearing your browser cache and Verizon cookies, or try a different browser. If you are still unable to use online bill pay, you can contact Billing though Contact Us.

Not as simple as clearing cache or using a different / new browser. Message is still there.
Guess I need to make a phoine call to get this bill paid,
Not sure how much business sense it makes for a company to make it difficult for a customer to give them money, but so it is.
Thanks

Occassionally the service is down on Sunday particularly in the morning. Otherwise it normally works after clearing CACHE or using a different browser. For IE it sometimes works if you set compatibility mode.
