We just switched from cable phone service to Verizon. We have a dial tone and can dial out, but when we call the number, we do not receive a call. Apparently, we can't receive any calls at all. Verizon confirmed the number, so it's not the wrong number. I'm hoping someone can help me here, as I don't want to have to wait an hour to get on-phone help again.
