I'm in the DC area and can't call out (I have digital voice). I get a dial tone, and then I get a recording that says "all circuits are busy". This started on Sunday morning. Still cant get a call out (although I can sometimes receive calls).
Is this a Verizon thing or just my own line?
Just a friendly reminder, this is a forum where users help other users. It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details. Please contact our customer service team via live chat or email at: http://www22.verizon.com/content/contactus/
I don't even have a dial tone since the power came back on. The phone rings if someone calls but no sound at the other end when I answer, and I cannot make phone calls at all. Verizone support gives you the option of either "live chat" which is not available in the evenings or "call them". Well, without a dial tone the latter is rather difficult. I hope live chat will work tomorrow or they just fix the problem on their own, as my neighbors have the same issues.
