Change what shows on my caller ID

Currently my Fios Digital Voice caller ID only shows my name. I would like for it to show my wife's name as well or at least "The ***** Family" or something like that. I was told via chat that it is not possible. It is for all wireless carriers. Was this bad information?  I have to believe that it can be done.

if your wife' cell phone is Verizon wireless, you can change the NAME ID  in Verizon wireless wed site, do your self.

Thanks. Unfortunately it is not Verizon wireless it is FIOS Digital Voice (home phone). The option does not exist online for me to do this.

I mean you do change the cell phone NAME ID in Verizon Wireless web site first,  the name will show on FiOs Diget Voice

The caller ID information is what your actual account billing name is.

if you are verizon wireless, you can change NAME ID on web site, do your self.
