I have been a Verizon customer for decades without a problem until now. Verizon insisted on switching my copper line for fiber optic a month ago and it has been nothing but trouble. I wish I had told them to just disconnect my service. Now I have a clicking on my line that starts about a minute or so into a call. I have tried everything their website and the community suggests with no luck. I tried calling them but the noise was so loud that the automated service couldn't hear my responses and disconnected me. I've already tried unplugging all my phones and plugging them in one at a time but it was no better. Can someone get Verizon to fix my phone? Thank you.
