Constant Busy siGnal when calling from outside line to access voice mail system (digital Voice)

Today while in work I wanted to change my voice mail greeting however when I dialed the VM access number 888 234 6786 I got a constant busy signal -  is there is problem with the sytem?

Hey ggma1126, were you able to access your voice mailbox when you tried later.  When you got home were you able to access it or were you having the same issue.
