Just got FIOS Triple play and after the tech left I noticed that incoming calls don't get a ring or does my home phone. If I test calling and answer it will get the call but no rings. called the tech and they won't return my messages. Chat and phone help is useless and have to have a tech come out another day. Any ideas? I saw a post from years ago witht he same issue but the answers didn't help them or me.
Please check the ringer setting on your phone and make sure its in the on position. Please also try using another phone that has verified been working elsewhere and test in your home. If you have a cordless phone system with multiple handsets, this is treated as one phone since it has one transmission base. Please send me a private message if you are still having troubles.
