How about trying to fix a dial tone problem? TV and Internet are working OK. Dial tone is not. It's been 3 days and still not fixed. I'm glad to see that Verizon Service hasn't changed. Still takes forever and we are at their mercy since they'll do it when they do it. Can't wait to get the survey. Hopefully it won't be a survey over the phone. I "STILL" have no dial tone.

Have you tried plugging a phone into the test jack on the ONT? If you have dial-tone there, you know it's a problem in your wires. If you don't have dial-tone, then you know it's a Verizon problem.
Good Luck.
