Dialing voicemail access number says mailbox not in service

I am trying to check my voice messages and when I dial the access number, it asks to input the voicemailbox number starting with the area code. I assume it wants the home number so I input it and am told the mailbox is not in service.

Not sure what this means but I need to get my voicemails as this is a new line. I'm pretty sure I set it up originally but maybe I am wrong. I've had the service for a while but never really used it.

Also can't seem to find any information in My Verizon that there is a problem.
