We just got the T.V., Internet, and home phone package about 3 weeks ago. I just went to hook up a brand new phone to the phone jack and i cannot get a dial tone. No incoming or outgoing calls at all. The screen on the handset keeps changing from (no line) to (line in use).
I know that the jack works becuase i watched the technician wire it up and use the fake phone he has on it. My internet and tv work just fine.
