I recently received digital voice in June. I have to main lines in my home. One is for calls and the other one is a fax line. I recently noticed today that the fax line is not ringing nor is it receiving calls. I am able to send a fax but can not receive one. Is there something special I need to do to be able to receive a fax? Thank you
You can check on the status of your Digital Voice lines on the Internet at verizon.com/fiosvoice - just login with your normal Verizon account login.
It is possible there are features enabled that could prevent you from receiving calls, such as Do Not Disturb. If this doesn't help to resolve the trouble, please send me a PM.
