I'm trying to disable the voicemail on my phone and I have followed the instructions on the website but I keep getting this error
"We're sorry.
We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time. "
Is there any other way to turn off the voicemail? I been getting this error for 2 days now

Call the Verizon Business Office and they can put in an order to turn off the voice mail service.
