I agree with the person who stated that Verizon does not compy with service wishes. I REQUESTED TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE BE DISCONTINUED AS OF 4/9/2012 because I was moving out of state and PAID A $150 bill. NO SERVICE HAS ENDED AND TODAY IS THE 17th of April.........WHUZ UP VERIZON? Don't like to give refunds or YOU JUST CANNOT FOLLOW DIRECTION or REQUEST?
