After an hour with on-line chat and being transferred to 3 different people by phone, it appears to me that unless you are paying extra money for Fios or have wireless (which I do, but was not calling about my wireless account), you receive sub-par assistance. All I needed was a copy of the phone calls that have come in and gone out on my phone a few months ago. I was informed that I have copper wiring and they no longer keep that information. I needed it for legal purposes. I hope Verizon understands that I will begin my research as to finding a better phone company. The little people, the people on tight budgets get screwed again... and I had been a huge Verizon cheerleader. Not anymore.
If you have online account access, it is possible your calls are listed there.
in days of old when your monthly invoice came it would be a detailed bill. However those days are long gone. However it may be available online to you.
the only other way is via a subpoena duces tecum. Contact an attorney.
