At work, I'm getting much clearer phone audio, especially for business teleconferences since we switched to VOIP phones that support Wideband standards and I got a Wideband headset. I seem to hear a larger volume range, hearing quieter voices such as those in the back of the room, plus the audio frequencies go higher and I seem to hear more clearly people with high pitched voices. I read that Wideband expands both he volume range and the frequency range, moving the audio frequency range ceiling from 3Khz to 7Khz. I believe this standard is called G.722. Does FIOS home phone support this?
