Does anyone know the phone/fax/email/address for executive escalation?

Good morning.  I am wondering if anyone can give me any kind of contact information for complaints at Verizon.   We are longtime Verizon customers, and I feel that we have been and continue to be treated horribly.  My conversations with customer service reps are pointless and painful for them because they obviously have no power and the supervisor continues to be at lunch/in meetings/left for the day, etc. and she is not calling back.  Thank you!
