Early termination fee for Landlines?

I want to cancel my home phone service. Is there any early termination fee?

Not unless you have a contract for it (typically that would mean your home phone service is part of some combined package with TV, Internet or Mobile phone service).

If your home phone is the only service you get from Verizon, there is unlikely to be any termination fee. If it is covered by a contract, you would have to read the contract language to see what, if any, fees applied.
