Explaind much better

Hello all: When a new customer called you, please you need to explain much better about the international phone calls.  The customer services didn't explain  that the international phone calls does not include cellular calls. Do not say yes to get the customer and after that to charge for long distance calls.  Please to specify better. Thank you
