Extra Charges

Just went through my bill for the first time in quite awhile and noticed that a third party is charging me $12.95 per month for the last 10 months for Fax and Voice Mail services that I did not sign up for.   I spoke to the third party and they credited me. But where is Verizon on this if "Security is their number one goal". The 3rd party company told me the approval for the program came from a pop up message probably.

I do not have these issues with my other line which is a Comcast line.
