When asked to enter your last 4 digit of your FIOS Digital Voice number is that the last 4 numbers of your telephone number. And when asked to create a personalized greeting and establish you secure mailbox passocode, are they asking for the password to your mailbox.? This is all new to me. Thank you for your assistance.

Yes less 4 of phone number.  No the passcode is only a 4 digit number (a pin) to replace the default pin.
