90 minute wait times to talk to a rep.
Can change service at the site.
Finally got a rep on the phone and being hung up on by prior rep and simply wanted to remove the Land Lane / Digital Voice service as all members of my household now have a cell and I was told the monthly bill would increase $25. Crooks.
Back to Comcast.
