FYI May 20 - Landline to Cellphone problems

FYI to Verizon, we have FiOS and two landlines. I had this problem in the morning until about 10:30am, then it resolved:

  • When using landline to call cellphones, landline had not ringtone but calls went through after about 10 - 15 seconds
  • When using landline to call cellphones, see above, BUT if landline hangs up, the call continues to ring on cellphone and must be disconnected from the cellphone
  • When using cellphones to call landlines, there is 1 ringtone and the call goes directly to VM

As I said, somebody kicked the server and it started working normally later in the morning.
