Fax connection

I have an all-in-one printer and the Fios installer didn't set that up (I forgot to ask).

I use Verizon voice mail. Is there a diagram to get me started with faxing?

Nothing tricky about it.  Just run a normal phone line to it.  You can either use a splitter, or if your PRINTER/FAX and you phone is near by, remove the wire from your phone and plug into the fax and run a line to your phone from the printer.
