This is approaching two days. The line has only fuzz and static. I tried all the online solutions several times. Call center is just too slow.
This is unacceptable. Internet and TV are working. I think the system knows my phone is out, so why is nothing being done?
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
My no dial tone issue got fixed by a team effort and I thank you. The ONT had a network issue but a technician fixed it by remote control. I'm glad that's possible.
