Gentlemen:

I signed an order form (and have before me the pink copy) for FIOS internet ONLY...

The landline was supposed to remain unchanged.

I receive a confirmation email stating, "congratulations, you've signed up for Verizon Fios Double Play: Home Phone and Internet." {word filter avoidance}

It also misleadingly states that the "What's Next" site can help you with any questions or CHANGES to the order.

When you get to the "What's Next" site, being that the young door to door gentlemen sold you the internet change late in the afternoon on Saturday, you discover that ther is no way to actually change the order till you beat up the innocent technicians, personally, early the next week...
