All I want to know where i can view my recent phone calls from March 31st 2015

I know you can for FIOS Digital Voice.  Not sure about other types of phone service.  You are talking to peers here, and we don't know what you have.

To reach Verizon use one of the other "contact us" options http://www.verizon.com/support/residential/contact-us/index.htm listed on every page.
