Fios Digital Voice international calling

I'm planning to switch from Vonage to Fios Digital voice. I will be taking 300 min international calling plan.

Question I have is there a way to call international numbers when you are outside your home using the international calling plan minutes (associated with digital voice). With vonage this was possible through vonage extenson app. I think vonage connected to the home phone and did some forwarding to make this work.

I am also a VZ wireless customer if that helps

Not that I know of.

Because FDV is not internet based.

You may want to look at what options are available for VZW for international calling.
That would of course be portable
