Why is it I can easily upgrade my service on line but I have to call you to get rid of my useless phone service???

If you haven't tried yet, I strongly suggest using Verizon's webchat, you still would have to talk to a person to get rid of phone service, but at least its done via chat and you woulden't have to call anyone.
