I recently had a repair request in with Verizon, and once it was resolved I started receiving blank voicemail message from {edited for privacy}
The phone didn't ring when these calls came in; they all went right to voicemail for some reason.
When I called this number back, a recorded voice said it was a discontnued Verizon phone number and directed me to the generic Verizon number.
When I performed a reverse number lookup, several of the notes posted by other people said this was supposed to be some kind of follow-up survey on the repair service just performed.
I received an email saying there was a reply from the moderator waiting for me on the community site. I atempted to find this reply message, and could not. And of course I wasn't allowed to reply to the notification email.
The message would be in your private message box -- > . It is a small gold envelope on the upper right of the screen.
