My home voice mail number call my cell phone repetitively. I'm not talking about call forwarding. This is my actual voice mail number dialing my cell phone. When I answer it, I get a lot of loud electronic beeps and other noises...that's it. How do I make it stop?

One of the voice mail settings is to send a notification to your cell phone when you get a voice mail. I haven't used the function, but would expect something other than beeps and noise. But that's the only reason I know that voice mail would call your cell. Check that setting to see if it's enabled.
Thank you I checked the "pager" setting aswell as something else that alerts you when people call. Both are disabled yet I still get called. 😞
