My phone was not working for approximately three days. First there was static on the line and then I could not make or receive calls.
Customer service represenatives were not helpful when I called from a relative's phone.
Eventually the problems were fixed but I was without phone service for three days.
How do I get credit for those three days without service?

Call the Verizon number listed on your bill and ask. If you called it in when it went out, it's no problem. If you didn't, you probly won't get the credit.
