How do I get help with changing my plan? I have landline and DSL. A chat line would be best. I keep getting a message that says their help line is temporarily out of order.

@You can try still calling to 1-800-VERIZON or they can be found on twitter at @VerizonFIOS or you can use the secure help on https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect

this is real Verizon representatives. And it is secure.

Thanks. DSL reports looks too involved for me.  I would really like a chat line. I'll try 1-800 VERIZON on Monday.

Best time to call is Monday through Friday between 8 am (eastern daylight time) up to 5 pm (eastern daylight time) the wait is not too bad, and you will get American support personnel not overseas. 1-800-VERIZON
