I want to move my phone plug to a different room. So I will have to run a new line from the ONT? I have a traditional 4 wire telephone cord, but the wires don't match up. Can use the test port? Or how else would I do this?

It will cost you to add a line. The test jack might work. I was actually unhappy to see that when they replaced my BPON ONT with a GPON ONT that it went from have conventially modular jacks to having wire posts for the phone line.
Choices inlude.
- paying verizon to run wire
- trying to wire to the ont yourself
- putting a spliter/adapter somewhere on the existing wire to your new location
- trying the test jack.
