I have voicemail message I want to save to my computer. I went online to my Verizon account and can listen to the voicemails, but I can't save them. The manual says to play the message then click on the "forward" button, but I only get a "delete" button option. What am I missing?
I have not set up a "forward message" phone #--do I need to do that first?
Voice Mail Settings > Voice Mail Notifications > Sending me an email > Attach voice mail in email alert
That notification option only works for new voicemail messages. The question is how to email or download *saved* voicemail messages.
