How do I view a list of numbers that I blocked on my landline phone?

Is the subscribed service: Verizon Digital Voice? Verizon legacy POTS delivered via FiOS or legacy POTS delivered over traditional copper telephone cables? 🤔

I have Fios Home Phone and the link you provided works for the Verizon Digital Voice settings but I still can't figure out how to find the numbers that I have blocked listed?

The menu page is now giving me an error when I try to access it. If I remember correctly there is an option to retrieve blocked numbers in the drop down menu. I just can't get to it at the moment. 🤔

I'm a bit confused. Do you have Digital Voice (phone service is supplied by a new Verizon packet switch)...or do you have a legacy Verizon service which is provided by a Nortel DMS /Western Electric 5E? 🤔

Fios Home Internet 100mbps and

More Fios TV

I live in Pittsburgh Pa.  When the copper lines were phased out I switched to Fios.

I've taken three screenshots of what I see when I'm logged into the Verizon Home Phone page. Do any of these look the same as what you see? 🤔 

I have Verizon Digital Voice aka Verizon Home Phone. Before that I had Verizon Freedom Essentials.
