How do you get help from D.C. Verizon customer service?

Is there a direct number to a supervisor?  An email address?

I spoke with a customer service rep. this morning to get my internet/landline service changed to a new address later this month.  She was having problems doing it and said she would call me back.  She did but then continued to have problems and said she would call back.  No call.  In the meantime I have received a text that an order is pending to an incorrect new address.  And my current address now has an incorrect apartment number.  I have been on hold with the 800 number for an hour-and-a-half.

Doubtful you can pick and choose which call center you will be routed to.

try calling at 8 am until 5 pm EDT and you may get better service from an American call center.
