The Call Assistant program is activated from www.verizon.com/callassistant. If you have any problems going through the process the Call Assistant team can be reached at 888-483-5156

Can someone please help me? I had VCA (Verizon call assistant) installed on my work desktop but it stopped working. It won't let me log in - I keep getting a message that the server is busy -try again later. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall VCA. Now I can't find the download on the Verizon website.
Can this be removed from my account and then reactivated so I can monitor my home phone calls while at work? This was the feature that I had when it was first functioning and I had the same type of service with another provider. I was promised by Verizon that I could get my calls this way.

When I try to log in on the call assistant link I get
An error has occurred: USERID not found ....
What is wrong with my call assistant?
It shows that it has been activated but it just won't let me lon on.
