How to block calls from Unavailable Number

I have been unable to stop the harrassing calls from an number showing as "unavailable".  I use call block & have activated the Block #77 service.

Any solution?

You haven't told us enough.  E.G.  If you have FiOS digital service (and are able to do call forwarding) subscribe (free)  to NOMOROBO  ( nomorobo.com) and they will be a thing of the past.  I am getting ZERO   Vote-For-Me  calls
