Verizon accidentally disconnected phone land line for my 90+ year old parents. This line is literally their LIFE line - all doctors, pharmacies, home food deliveries, medications, home equipment, ambulances to the doctor's appointments are linked to this phone number. Now Verizon tells me that they cannot restore their original phone that was disconnected 2 days ago and that my parent shad for 8 years.
Verizon is endangering my parents life.
I want to complaint to the Executive offices. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I am desperate after I spend hours on line with Verizon for 2 days.
