First of all FIOS is not all that THEY SAY IT IS,
HOWEVER FOR $15.00 per month, you might think you can talk to a person then some dummy (umm?) maybe the same?
I spend 1/2 the afternoon and all I want to do is remove *82 block from my landline?
I tried *60 ,been all over this sad website?
Pls. Help me..Thanks

Do you have Digital Voice or the old landline service? If it's Digital Voice, you can so this using MyVerizon. I don't know if you can use MyVerizon if you have landline service.
