Each month when I click the button for usage....I get a message that there is a problem showing it..... why?
I am having the same issue. I cannot see details of any calls that were made. I am being charged but cannot view the call history. I have tried the automated help center but they keep changing my question and are no help.
Residential type phone or Verizon Wireless phone. If Verizon Wireless your in the wrong forum. I am not aware of a place to view Phone Usage for most residential users, but thats probably because my phone was using one of the unlimited verizon services for many years.
