I dial my uncles number, but a business' answering machine answers. I've made sure I'm punching in the correct numbers. I've contacted cousins that verify my uncle is fine and his number is the same. I've called other numbers from my phone and get the correct person.
I don't know how to contact Verizon to ask how this is possible, so I'm here asking for help. Has anyone ever heard off something like this before? What's the best way to get in contact with someone at Verizon to ask about this?
