I need a PHONE NUMBER and a HUMAN

I'm trying to schedule termination of existing service and start new service in another state.  No matter what I click on the My Verizon web site, I end up with a choice of "See whether Service is Available at Your New Location," which never delivers anything.  You can click on the ">" until the cows come home, but nothing happens.  Anyone know of an actual TELEPHONE number?
