I wish to get Verizon voicemail service removed: is there a way to request such online?

Hello. I wish to get the Verizon Voicemail service removed from our landline and only use our home answering machine.

I've follwed the Virtual Assistant instructions and they don't work, it directs me to call. The CSRs are not available when I am.  Is there a way to submit a request via email or on line?
