But I don't see international plan on my service->home phone- plan details at all.
Think you guys had some update to your website wich killed display of "international minutes used".
Just solved - reason for not seeing minutes is very simple - you don't have international plan on your account.
Thanks to Verizon billing system who dropped your international plan from account.
Call rep ASAP to restore your plan - otherwise you will be charged $$$.
