If person calls us while we are on the phone they get an operator

If we are on the phone and someone trys to call us they get an operator.  This is happening frequently and just started.  What is going on?

There is a glitch in The Matrix and your callers are reaching Tank on the Nebuchadnezzar.

Seriously, do you have call forwarding on busy configured?  Maybe it's setup wrong.  If it's not that, you probably should ask Verizon.  Try their chat, @VerizonSupport on Twitter or https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect
