Incorrect 411 Info

Hi all,

The hospital I work for has been getting calls to the incorrect phone numbers within our hospital from individuals who have used the Verizon 411 service in our area. Does anyone have any idea how I can go about getting this changed? There doesn't appear to be an obvious way to do it.
