Everytime my home phone rings, I lose internet connectivity. Verizon has no idea how to fix it. Anyone have the same problem??
Could use a bit more detail...
I will assume wireless internet and cordless phones are on same frequency. You can try changing the channel your phone is using. Most phones can toggle between 10 channels.
You can test this by plugging your computer into the router using a wire instead of wireless and see if the problem goes away.
Worst case scenario you need a different phone that uses a different frequency.
