Is there any reason that I need to keep my home phone service when I don't use it?

Smiley Surprised I'm neverr home and I only use my cellphone. Why should I be charged $36+ when I don't use my home phone and I'm never home?

If you don't have an alarm system or DSL service there is no reason to keep your home telephone service if you don't want to.
